1/4 Chives, fresh
1/2 cup Shallots
10 oz Zucchini

Refrigerated

2 Eggs, large

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1 Pepper, fresh cracked
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour, white

Oils & Vinegars

1 Cooking spray
1 tsp Olive oil

Dairy

2/3 cup Milk, fat free
1/2 cup Mozzarella, part skim
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
