How to refill your CBTL capsules/ cups:: I received a box of Apple Cider K-Cups for the Keurig, but I have a CBTL machine which doesn't take the K-Cups. I used this method to transfer the goods from one cup to another and it worked like a charm!

CBTL Milk Frother: the only frother we use (we have it in black) to make lattes at home or to froth milk for my sleepy time milk , a treat made with hot milk with Horlicks or with cinnamon, vanilla and honey, for nights when sleep is hard to come by or when you need a little comforting hot beverage late at night.

When you get your berries home, prepare a mixture of one part vinegar (white or apple cider) and ten parts water. Dump the berries into the mixture and swirl around. Drain, rinse if you want (though the mixture is so diluted you can't taste the vinegar,) and pop in the fridge. The vinegar kills any mold spores and other bacteria on the surface. Raspberries will last a week or more, and strawberries go almost two weeks without getting moldy and soft.

Crocheted Rag Rug Tutorial * I used the leftover fabric from Elijah's quilt ( still not done with that one. ha!). When I changed colors I used this method but tweaked it a bit... instead of just putting the strip through the hole and folding it over, I went through the hole then tied a knot. It just seemed a little more sturdy that way.
