Fire Crackers, you won't be able to stop eating them! 1 lb. crackers, I used 1/3 each of Cheese It's, Mini Club & Mini Saltines; then mix together 1 1/2 cup canola oil, 1 pk Ranch salad dressing mix and 2-3 Tablespoon crushed red peppers. Pour over crackers in a big airtight container, toss several times over a 1 hr period. These are awesome with whole wheat saltines.

Zesty Italian Potatoes! Yummy! Red potatoes cubed with skin left on, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, coat with a package of zesty Italian dressing mix and stir to coat, add minced onion for flavor, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
A friend of mine brought me this when I had surgery. Now it is my "go to" dish for taking to people who have had babies, surgery, etc. 4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
