So when my quads recover from the crazy leg challenge I did two days ago I am going to start this 30 day challenge...these girls are crazy fit!

I used some variations to these, as I don't have a dipstation or sandbag or Ugi ball. 1- 12 reps 2- 9 reps 3- 32 reps 4- 5 reps 5- 20 reps 6- 4 reps 7- 8 reps 8- 6 reps 9- 15 reps 10- 13 reps 11- 5 reps 12- 140 foot falls Second workout- Completed in 9 minutes 22 seconds with 5lbs weight.
