1 Shallot


2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup Mayonnaise, reduced-fat

Combine cooked new potatoes with chopped celery, shallots and parsley and dress with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard for a creamy, tangy potato side dish salad.
