Pastry Chef Caitlin Freeman with her Russian Wolfhound named Henry. Freeman owned the SF bakery/sweets shop until 2008. After she sold Miette, she started the pastry program @ Blue Bottle Coffee in SF. Amazingly, she is a self-taught baker.
