2 tbsp Corn syrup, light
2 tbsp Honey

Baking & Spices

1 (5.9 ounce) package Chocolate pudding mix, instant
1 tbsp Clear vanilla extract
2 lbs Confectioners' sugar
1 pinch Sea salt, fine grain
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Oils & Vinegars

1 cup Vegetable oil

Bread & Baked Goods

1 For the cupcakes


1 tbsp Espresso granules, instant


4 tbsp Heavy cream or milk
1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 cup Sour cream


1 cup Heath english toffee bits


5 1.4-ounce heath bars, chopped into large pieces
For the Buttercream 4 sticks unsalted butter, softened
For the Ganache 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped into very small pieces
