Kick up grilled chicken breast by mixing up the following marinade in a bowl: 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 2 teaspoons cumin 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 crushed garlic clove 1 tablespoon cilantro Place chicken breasts in a covered dish with the marinade and shake to coat the chicken well, then let it soak up the flavors in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Grill or broil as usual.
Home made Chik-fil-A. Marinade chicken breast in pickle juice for 24 Hrs. Dredge chicken in 1 c. flour mixed with 2 tsp Lawry's season salt. Dip in egg wash. then coat with 1 1/2 c bread crumbs mixed with 2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning (I put breadding in a ziplock bag and shake the chicken to coat). Fry in hot oil 4 min. per side.
