Home remedy for pulling swelling out of joints!!! Mix 1/4 cup vinegar with 1 cup water. Dip as many pieces of bread as needed to cover area. Place bread on swollen area. Cover in Saran Wrap! Place towels around to keep vinegar from leaking!!!!! Keep on for 3-5 hours. It pulls swelling out and brings the bruise to the surface!!!!! Makes it feel so much better!! Used back in the early days!
