chicken fajita tostadas: Combine 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning, 1/2 c/ water, 1/4 c. Lime juice. Pour 1/2 mixture over 2 C. cooking chicken and 1/2 over cooking green peppers (1 sm) and onions (1sm.), Cook both until sauce starts to thicken, Put tortilla shells on baking sheet, layer with refried beans, add chicken, veggies and cheese (about 1 c.). Bake at 350 until cheese melts (about 5 min). Toppings: lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream.
