We have that kitchen, but it doesn't look that good! I wish the link worked. I would love to know what all they did.

So, I'm picking up this kitchen tomorrow (Craig's List find) and I"m going to *try* to duplicate this look. I'll let you know how it turns out. What would you use for the "wall paper"? Fabric, cardstock, actual wallpaper?

  • Shannon Bundschuh

Easiest option would be scrapbook paper. Adhere it with modge podge in either a gloss or matte. If you paint the modge podge (found at all craft stores) over top of the paper as well as using it like glue behind it, you should get a good seal on it and it won't be susceptible to peeling.

Oh... use a cheep wide foam brush for the modge podge.

Thanks for the info! I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out!
