The iconic Post name is gone from its landmark apartment complex next to the Biltmore in Midtown Atlanta. Earlier this week, a Chicago-based investor acquired the asset from Post Properties and quickly changed the name to Biltmore at Midtown. A wooden sign says the property is under new management, but at least the famous Post landscaping remains.
