Affogato Float: 10 ounces Goose Island Bourbon County Stout beer, 1 1/2 scoops chocolate ice cream, 1 ounce chilled espresso. Add half a scoop of ice cream to a mug or pint glass. Fill the glass 1/4 full of stout. Carefully add 1 more scoop of ice cream. Slowly pour remaining stout on top of the ice cream and finish with a splash of chilled espresso.
