1 cup Corn, frozen
3 Garlic cloves
1 Sweet onion, small
6 Sweet peppers, large
3 Tomatoes, small


3/4 cup Meatless spaghetti sauce
1 can Ripe olives

Pasta & Grains

2 cups Brown rice, cooked

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt


3/4 cup Monterey jack cheese
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated


1/2 cup Water
