Pour white vinegar into a spray bottle. If any of your shirts have perspiration or deodorant stains, spray the white vinegar directly onto the stains. This will also help neutralize odor. Place sprayed clothes into the washing machine. Add 1 1/2 cups of white vinegar to the rinse cycle of your wash. This will whiten your clothes while also removing soap, reducing lint and softening the fabrics.
