Inexpensive Wreath Forms! Instead of shelling out a premium for over-priced wreath forms at the craft store, head to Lowe's or Home Depot and pick up a piece of foam tubing. You can get a 6' piece for roughly a dollar. Cut the length you need and duct tape the ends together!

use pipe insulation. I bought six 6-foot tubes at Home Depot for about a dollar a piece and cut them down to a manageable length. Then I decorated the ends with duct tape and colored electrical tape.
