Candy Cane Centerpiece Tutorial. Wrap 2-sided tape around vase/can once approximately halfway down. 2-sided tape will help keep candy canes from sliding out from under rubber band. Slide rubber band around vase. Insert candy cans behind rubber band. Tie ribbon (must be wider than rubber band) around vase covering rubber band. Fill with water & arrange flowers. *Can also use mini candy canes & baby food jars or small cans to make mini vases for place cards. Attach label with names to ribbon.
