Provides two ways of preparing hard-boiled eggs-one way is by not boiling them at all! I can never seem to boil eggs correctly, so I tried the second option of baking them in the oven and they turned out PERFECTLY. Baked at 325 for 30 minutes and just filled my sink with cold tap water and let them soak in there...without the "pinch of salt." Totally not necessary.
