frozen mango margaritas | 3 oz. tequila 1½ oz. triple sec 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice ½ oz. simple syrup 2 to 2½ cups crushed ice 4 oz. fresh or frozen chopped mango lime juice and salt or sugar, for rimming | combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup in blender or food processor. add 2 cups of ice and mango pieces. blend until smooth. if desired, add additional ice to achieve thicker consistency. serve in chilled margarita glasses rimmed with lime juice and salt or sugar.
