I'm going to try these low-cal microwave potato chips, then probably add them to the three other low-cal snacks on this blog post that I love... and I'm following this blog!

1 apple, 2 tbls light brown sugar, 1 tbls cinnamon. bake 225. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.mandolined sliced apples thin. Mix the sugar & cinnamon, dip apple slices. Lay 12 slices per sheet. Bake 1 hour & flip the apple slices over also rotate pans- top to bottom. Bake 1 hour more.
