Made this yesterday evening and enjoyed at lunch today. This is the most refreshing summer desert I know of. Thanks to my late Grandma Betty for introducing me to this. The only changes I would make to the pinned recipe are these: You only need to use 1 3/4 sleeves of crackers, you need 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter and get rid of the food coloring...trust me, it doesn't make it taste any better.
