12 oz Chicken sausage, smoked

10 oz Baby spinach
4 cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1 Red onion, medium
1 can Tomatoes, whole with juice

Pasta & Grains

1 lb Rigatoni

1 Salt and ground pepper, Coarse

6 oz Fontina cheese
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
