1 bunch Lucinato kale
4 sprigs Rosemary
3 sprigs Thyme, fresh
1 can Tomatoes, fire roasted
1 Yellow onion
4 Yukon gold potatoes

Canned Goods

1 container Vegetable or chicken stock

Baking & Spices

1 Sea salt & fresh ground pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 Canola
1 Olive oil

Bread & Baked Goods

3 slices Bread for bread crumbs or croutons
