With everything so expensive these days, it’s nice to find something that costs less money and has many varied uses. Do you have hydrogen peroxide (3% solution) in your home? If you do are you using it often or are you like me, it sits on the shelf and I hardly ever open it. Here are some great ideas that might make you grab an extra bottle or two for storage next time you shop. I’ve tried several of these and they worked great.

Worth a try----No sinus infections in the house for years. When we get stuffed up we get relief in under a minute, and it doesn't settle or move into the chest. Inhale it from the bottle, or put a few drops on a tissue or cotton swab to carry around/ sleep with. When it is all of us I put 20 drops or so with a cup or 2 of water and simmer on the stove for a few hours. That also prevents colds from spreading(anitbacterial and antiviral).
homemade disinfectant with Hydrogen Peroxide - the combo of spraying vinegar and wiping and then peroxide and wiping is said to be more effective at killing bacteria (E. Coli, Salmonella, etc) than chlorine bleach or any commercially available kitchen cleaner.
