Dried fruit loaf - nana style 1.5 cups flour 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tspn salt 3 eggs 1/2 cup butter I tspn baking soda 1/4 cup chopped prunes 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup chopped dates 1/4 cup dried cranberries Mix flour, salt, baking soda in one bowl. In bowl 2 mix eggs, fruits, sugar and butter- mix well. Sift flour mixture in and mix well. Mixture gets quite thick and hard to mix... Be patient. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40 mins. Toothpick test and voila! Enjoy.
