    I used basil instead of parsley and I think I used a whole stick of butter. Mixed garlic with salt, then mixed in the butter and herbs. Cut a loaf in half. drizzled olive oil and then the butter mixture on each side and roasted both halves butter side up. I don't remember if I sprinkled some parmesean or not but it was delicious!! Had plenty of butter leftover and froze it.
