"Fauxrizo" Taco Filling

Gluten free • 1 hr to make • Serves 4-6

1 package Ground meat substitute

Produce

1 cup Cabbage, white
1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh
1 tsp Coriander, ground
1 cup Corn, frozen
1 tbsp Garlic, granulated
1 cup Jicama
1 Lemon
1 Lime, wedges
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
4 Radishes
1 cup Yellow onions

Condiments

3 tbsp Mayonnaise

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Ancho chile powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
2 tbsp Paprika, sweet
2 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp Coconut oil

Nuts & Seeds

1 tbsp Cumin, ground

8 6-inch corn tortillas
