2 cloves Garlic
1/2 Onion
4 Red potatoes, medium
1 (14.5 ounce) can Tomatoes, stewed

Canned Goods

1 (14 ounce) can Coconut milk, light or regular


1 (8 ounce) can Tomato sauce

Pasta & Grains

1 Jasmine rice or brown rice, Hot cooked

Baking & Spices

2 tbsp Curry powder
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable or canola oil


2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks or strips
