Healthy Avocado Chocolate cookies *I made into brownies used a food processor :)

Asian Avocado. 1 avocado 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Stir together garlic, ginger, and soy sauce; set aside for five minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Cut the avocado in half, and discard the pit; divide the sauce between the avocado halves. Eat with a spoon!
