This is not unhealthy. It's lots of vegetables and fruit. Even the only bananas day. It's a healthy fruit. I don't understand why everyone is upset. My body looks lean and awesome when I eliminate meat and most grains, plus I feel great. It's not easy to do because of all of the "unhealthy" crap around us.

Right, it's boring but not unhealthy. Tons of vegetables, fruit, lean protein.. The salt content might be a little high, but otherwise it's fine. Since when is it unhealthy to eat mainly fruits and vegetables. The only reason anyone is passing out is from the shock of kit having the sugar and carbs in their diets. My understanding is that it is true that really obese people have to kind of ease into dieting according to some.
I only really have to lose about 15 pounds anyways, I hope it works for me! Just knock off ten pounds would be awesome. I just recently lost 60 lbs through anther diet. So, honestly I'm excited to lose this last little bit!

I lost six pounds in 7 days and was thrilled because I haven't lost anything in almost a year (after having lost nearly 100 pounds). Banana day was the worse. I made the mistake of frying 3 sliced bananas for dinner and ended up swallowing each slice whole with a gulp of skim milk, reminding me of when I was a kid and was forced to eat peas. I ate mine like pills.
What can I have instead of the chicken and turkey? Please help with ideas :)
This is the same diet and soup recipe as the classic cabbage soup diet, except you are suppose to eat the soup everyday

Adding two packets of lipton's soup mix is loaded with sodium. That is one bad way to go. I makes me wonder about the whole thing with that part added. Try and find a mix that is organic and healthy. Yikes
I'm definitely going to give this a try this coming Sunday. Can I Blend my fruits and raw veggies instead? It's so much easier for me this way instead... Any feed back from anyone on this?
On day three and as I consider myself to have zero willpower its actually going great. Looking forward to bananas and milk day, I think this will be easier for me!!
Heard of this thru a guy friend who posted about it on fb and he lost 13lbs. I am currently on day 5. If you can muscle your way thru day 1 then you're good to go. Day 4 is tough because only bananas and yogurt is boring by the end of the day but I put some of my yogurt, banana, skim milk and ice in the blender. It was a lot easier to handle. So far I'm down at least 6lbs. Any suggestions on what to substitute for the cabbage in the miracle soup?! I HATE cabbage. I miss carbs and chocolate tho lol

I have read through this diet several times. From reading through it, it seems like you eat what's listed on that day but it doesn't say anywhere that you are supposed to eat as much soup (recipe listed at #7) as you want to fill up. Look up Sacred Heart diet and it will give you better day to day instructions.
Ok first day not bad I have eating enough watermelon to pee and poop like a hoarse stomach feels less bloated already will report tomorrow. ..so far I have not fainted or vomited like the other people...so far so good

No joke down 7 pds no joke I know it's water wt but I like it I have done exercise each day mostly strength not cardiovascular I do squats situps pushup and arm exercise I will keep ya updated

**Day 3** and already down 4 lbs. I love fruits AND veggies so this isn't as hard as it seems. Though I do miss meat. Dreaming of the day I get to cook that salmon filet in my freezer.
