Breakfast Cookie (no flour, no sugar, no dairy added.) Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripe bananas, 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce, handful of Craisins (or other small dried fruit), approximately 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, or to taste. Mix all ingredients together and drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 35 minutes (or less - you determine!) in a preheated 350 degree oven. I haven't tried this yet, but pretty sure it will be tasty and definitely healthy.
