    Love that I can make healthier crab cakes using almond meal and homemade mayo. I mostly used this recipe as an ingredient guide; don't know if I paid as much attention to the amounts. I like mine loaded up with green/red pepper and onion, and then I added the almond meal and mayo until it looked right.
