Watermelon Detox Smoothie Ingredients: 3 Cups of Watermelon 1 Cup Green Grapes 1-2 limes, peeled & deseeded pinch of cayenne 1/4 cup water (or sub for raw coconut water)

1 cup ice. 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries. 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt. 1 banana. 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 cup coconut water (or other liquid, such as juice).

Watermelon Breeze 3 cups cubed chilled watermelon 1 cup coconut water squeeze of fresh lime Ice if needed Sprig of mint Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Makes two servings. 90 calories per serving.
