The best pickles I've ever had!! If you like salty, sour, garlicky pickles that are quick and easy, these are perfect. I use slightly less salt than the recipe calls for, double the amount of mustard seed, use a half-tablespoon of whole coriander, and a half-teaspoon of whole black peppercorns. I soak a bhut jolokia (ghost) hot pepper in the pickling brine to give mine a kick. :-)
BLT tea sandwiches, finger food, party food. INGREDIENTS (cut into circles): Bacon, bread, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo. (skewer and serve) These were a little time consuming but soooo good!! I didn't have a cookie cutter so I used the top of a tiny wine glass, worked perfectly!! Everyone loved them too, great app!!
