Lemon-Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

Serves 4


1 lb Pork tenderloin


1 tsp Ginger, fresh
1 tsp Lemon rind
6 oz Sugar-snap peas


2 tbsp Chili sauce, bottled
1/2 cup Lemon juice, fresh

Pasta & Grains

8 oz Angel hair pasta

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Cornstarch
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 Red pepper, sweet
1/4 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 Vegetable oil

I made this with crispy tofu and portobello mushrooms and subbed rice for the pasta. Amazing.
