    Best falafel tatste I've tried to date. Mine fell apart when I tried to fry them so I baked the rest. I used 1 can of chickpeas and cut salt in half (1 tsp). I wish The texture would've turned out better, but I won't give up on this recipe because the flavor was so good!

    Good flavor, but wouldn't call them falafel....maybe a Greek style veggie burger. I won't make again because it was very dry!

    SO good! used about 1/2 cup green onions, added 1 heaping tsp ground coriander and omitted chili powder (kids). Baked these at 400 for 20 minutes, then flipped and baked 20 minutes more. My whole family gobbled these up. best falafel recipe I've found so far!
