Stairs workout: Seven sets. Each set goes like this: 1. Walk up stairs, one at a time, 10x. 2. Walk up stairs, two at a time, 10x. 3. Jump to the 2nd step with both feet, squat, jump to the 4th step, squat, jump to the 6th step, squat, etc. Do this once. 4. Drop and do 10 pushups.
