i got a small round piece of beef (looked more like a little sausage round from mcdonalds) that was REALLY tough and chewy. yours looks much better

In Argentina we do NOT have boniato puree and the chimichurri is RED cause is mainly red peppers, I of course tasted it at EPCOT and it is a very good dish, but not eaten in Argentina at all, weird that they been offering this for many years without doing a better investigation, don't you think so?
