Crash Hot Potatoes! I'm making these this weekend. Mmm! I bet a dollop of the Chive and Onion Philadelphia cream cheese (which I use in my mashed potatoes) during last 5-10 min or so of baking would be delish on these! I'll try half with and half without.

Corn Chowder with Chilies: Pioneer Woman I would give this a 10. It was so good. I actually used fresh corn, frozen corn and canned corn because I needed 4 cups of corn for this recipe.I also used pre-cooked bacon cuz that's what I had. I only use 2 peppers and it was just the right amount of spice. Any spicier my hubby wouldn't eat it.
