    Had to do beginner version... my arm is super bruised. So taking it a bit easy. Squat jumps: 29 Side Jumps: 17 Push up with arm raise: 11 Tri dips( I don't have the leg thing): 24 Lunges with twist with 10 lbs- 14 on each side Ab Tucks: 30 Reverse Crunch: 20 Russian Twist with 10 lbs: 55
