Pan-Fried Cod With Mustard-Caper Sauce. Abigail's Results: this is a great way to cook fish for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I liked the Dijon and caper sauce; it gave the fish a little extra flavor. I did not make the salad that is included in the recipe only because I didn't have the ingredients on hand. I will definitely make this again.

Pork Tenderloin - so good! The pan sauce is what it is all about. Dip your bread in it!!! (marinated in olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, dry mustard, pepper and garlic) CR- we had this last night for dinner. Used juice from an orange instead of lemon juice (didn't have a lemon or any lemon juice). Was SO good. Definitely a keeper recipe!!!
