THM Salted Caramel Mocha (FP) 1 c. hot coffee 2 Tbsp. half & half (you can use more or use almond milk instead) 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder 1 1/2 Tbsp. Truvia (use whatever sweetener you prefer) 1/8 tsp. sea salt 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. caramel extract Combine all ingredients in a mug and whisk.
**Double Chocolate Muffins : 95 calories** Blend & bake at 350: 1 3/4 cup Oats, 3 Egg whites, 3/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa, 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 1/2 cup Plain greek yogurt (or regular plain... low fat yogurt), 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar (or 2 tsp. vinegar), 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 cup, Hot water, 1/2 cup Baking stevia OR 1 cup of Truvia. Bake 10 minutes then top with tiny bits of 85% dark chocolate and bake 2 more minutes.

Chocolate chip cookie cake in a mug (S): 1egg 2T almond flour 1T golden flax 1T coconut flour 3 packets Truvia 1T homemade brown sugar (truvia & molasses) 1tsp melted coconut oil A pinch of Celtic salt A small dash of vanilla extract A small dash of caramel extract 1 square of 86% cacao, chopped into chunks Mix and microwave for 1 minute Top with a little Redi whip. DELICIOUS!!
THM S Easy Whipped Vanilla Latte (4 servings of whipped cream) Whip together 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and truvia to taste in a food proceccer for about 5 minutes on high. Meanwhile, pour 1 tsp vanilla extract, some salt and truvia into hot coffee and stir. Put spoonfuls of whipped cream ontop. Voila!
