1 Seedless cucumber
2 Tomatoes, small


1/4 cup Capers
3/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
2 tbsp Red-wine vinegar
