Coffee Punch~ •2 cups of coffee •4 Tablespoons sugar •1 and 1/2 half-gallon containers of ice cream, slightly softened. (I used a full container of chocolate & half container of vanilla) •a half gallon of milk Make your coffee ahead of time, sweeten with the sugar, and cool for a few hours in the refrigerator. When you're ready to serve the punch, place softened ice cream in your punch bowl and pour over it the milk and coffee. Then serve.
Luau Punch~ 1 (46 fluid ounce can) pineapple juice, 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, 2 liters lemon lime soda, In an empty gallon milk jug or pitcher, pour pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate. Shake to mix and pour in the lemon-lime soda. You may need to let the fizz settle and then return to pouring. This will fill up the gallon. Freeze overnight. Let the punch start to thaw 2 hours before serving. Serve slushy.
