3-cheese Chicken Alfredo Casserole. 1 (8-ounce) package pasta of your choice. 1 (10-ounce) pkg refrigerated Alfredo sauce. 4 oz sour cream. 8 oz ricotta cheese. 1 garlic clove, minced (or garlic powder). 1-2 cups cooked chicken, chopped. 1 large egg, lightly beaten. 1/8 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional). 1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Stir together all ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
