Chicken Enchilada Pasta-OMG! I made this tonight and it was frickin' amazing. The only thing I changed on the recipe was the chicken. I slow cooked skinless/boneless chicken breasts for 6 hours with one 16 oz bottle of salsa and a taco seasoning packet. I then shredded the chicken and put it back in the slow cooker to soak everything up. I can't rave enough about this recipe. DELICIOUS!
