Assigned to 1st Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Died in Qarah Bagh, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when his helicopter crashed.
