Cinnamon Apple Chips

baked apple cinnamon chips::

Zucchini Chips - 1Lg zucchini, 2Tbsp olive oil, salt. Heat oven 225º Line 2Lg sheet pans. Slice zucchini thin. Sandwich slices between paper towel, press on them to draw out liquid. Line slices tight on sheet pans (not overlap). Brush oil on each slice. Lightly sprinkle salt. Do NOT over-season You can always add more later. Bake 2+ hours until they start to brown and are crisp. Let cool before removing and serving.
