1/2 cup Black beans
1 tsp Coriander
1/2 cup Corn, kernels
3 cloves Garlic
1 Lime, juice of juicy
1/4 cup Scallions
1 Shallot or small onion

Canned Goods

1 Chipotle pepper from a can of chipotles in adobo


1 tbsp Adobo sauce
1/4 cup Lemon juice, fresh
1 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce

Pasta & Grains

1 cup Quinoa, cooked

Baking & Spices

1 Peppers
1 Salt

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

1 cup Cashews, raw unsalted
1 tsp Cumin


1/2 cup Water


1 teaspoon (eyeball it), agave syrup or honey
