3/4 lb Shrimp, large


5 cups Arugula
1/4 cup Basil, fresh leaves
1/2 cup Diagonally cut celery
1 1/3 cup Grape, seedless green
1 cup Grapes, seedless red
1/2 tsp Vidalia or sweet onion, fresh


3/4 tsp Dijon mustard

Baking & Spices

1/8 tsp Salt
1 Dash White pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Champagne or white wine vinegar
1 tsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

1 tbsp Walnuts, lightly toasted


2 tbsp Gorgonzola cheese
